• Reseller- Wholesale prices for licensed hobby shops and stores. Minimum order required.
• Distributor- Deep Wholesale prices. Region Specific, mostly for over seas importers.

I understand that I am applying for discount prices to products produced by 3D Foamy. 3D Foamy shall not be responsible for the use or abuse of any product in any way. I further understand that applying for the resale of any 3D Foamy product does not; in any way; give me nor my company rights to the intellectual property provided by 3D Foamy. All payment of product shall be via credit card, PayPal, cashiers check or money order. 3D Foamy is held responsible to provide the purchaser all goods paid for. If in the circumstance that 3D Foamy cannot supply the desired goods, a full refund shall be given. All shipments shall be insured through the shipping provider for the full purchase amount. All claims of damage shall be claimed through the shipping provider. In all circumstances, 3D Foamy shall provide any needed help to the reseller.

By submitting this application, I understand, and will comply with the above agreement. Any breach of the fore mentioned agreement may be cause for termination of reseller rights.

Rights and Services of the Reseller

1. The reseller may set retail price to their own desire, but not to exceed 125% of the MSRP. Suggested retail price shall be provided by manufacturer.
2. Resellers are not to sell 3D Foamy products under a different manufacturer name.
3. Any reseller may return a damaged kit, for replacement purposes only.
4. Any missing parts will be sent upon notification.
5. Discounts to reseller will be on a quantity bases.
6. All prices subject to change without notice.
7. I will have fun!

A product list with cost and retail prices will be sent via fax, email or mail upon return and approval of application.
