Shipping
Please allow one to two weeks for items to arrive after placing your
order. Up to this point typical shipping times are 2-4 days from ordering
to your door if you are in the US and Canada, but as everyone knows,
things happen, if you pay by check or money or, or E-check, we must wait
for those items to arrive and clear before they will be shipped. We are
doing our best to get items to you as soon as humanly possible, and we are
doing great at doing it!
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Each order is paid for in advance, so if you are paying with your
credit card, it will be automatically charged at the time you order.
PayPal payments must also be received before your order will be shipped.

accepts your Visa or MasterCard through our secure Merchant Services
Terminal, and all major credit cards, including Discover / American Express through PayPal. Your credit
card statement will show “3D Foamy” or “Paypal-3D Foamy” for all credit
card purchases. If the billing address does not match that which is on
file at the financial institution, or if authorization is not given for
any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification,
but we will make all attempts to correct the issue before canceling an
order.
OUR PERSONAL CHECK POLICY
While we
attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment, this may
not always be possible and we may hold your order for 10-12 business days.
To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a
money order, certified check or use your credit card. Business checks are
treated as regular personal checks. Customers whose checks are returned to
us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in
addition to the amount of the check.
BACKORDERS
We do not allow back orders of items
that are temporarily out of stock or waiting to be manufactured.
If a particular item you wish to purchase is not in stock, the shopping
cart will not allow it to be purchased. Please allow 1-2 weeks for items
to be filled.
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
3DFoamy.com
ships to all international countries participating in the USPS
international Airmail system. All APO address are considered domestic addresses.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
We do not
accept returns via COD or billed to 3DFoamy.com in any way.
I am so confident in the quality of the kits that I produce, that I offer
this guarantee:
- If you
get it and you don't like what you see, send it back unused for a full
refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non refundable.
- If you build it and it does not fly like you wanted, send it back!
We'll refund you 50% of the purchase price. Shipping is non refundable.
- If you started building, and it's not for you, send it back and we'll
refund 50% of the purchase price. Shipping is non refundable.
- If you crash it.... well I can't cover that for you.... but I have
"Crash Coupons" that are for 20% off your next order!

A Few Rules on the Guarantees...
- You need to e-mail or call BEFORE you return a kit or other item. I'll
need to issue you a return item #. (Returned items without a RI # WILL NOT
get refunded)
- The return shipping cost is on you.
- The return needs to be packaged in the original
packaging.
- Built kits need to have all main airframe parts in one piece. No
evidence of a crash. No Cutting parts to fit a box! You'll need to get further
detailed instructions when you
request the RI #.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All items
sold by 3DFoamy.com are manufactured right here in house, and so our
quality is kept as high as possible. However, if you have a part or kit
that is some how defective or inoperable, it may be returned with the
above restrictions. Other products such as
motors, radios, and batteries should be returned directly to the
manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Please contact us if you
need manufacturer repair/warrantee information.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged
merchandise is limited to items that have been damaged in shipping. If a
shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse
the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping
damage, please call or e-mail us immediately. Save all packaging material
and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the
merchandise without contacting us, you will jeopardize our chances of
making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. In most
cases the damaged parts will be replaced and no claim needed.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
3DFoamy.com and
its employees, officers and directors accept no responsibility for any
damage or loss whatsoever as a result of the use of any 3DFoamy.com
products. Any consequences arising out of the purchase, use of, or resale of
merchandise purchased from 3D Foamy Models is the responsibility of the user, not
3D Foamy Models . If you are uncertain as to how to operate or connect any of
the products we offer for sale, please consult your local hobby shop,
obtain professional instruction, or return the items for a refund.
PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices,
pictures and descriptions on this site and all other 3DFoamy.com publications
are subject to change. 3DFoamy.com maintains no responsibility for
inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in
our publications, 3DFoamy.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders
at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price
or promotion discrepancies. 3DFoamy.com sells to many hobby retailers
throughout the world, and is not responsible for their individual pricing
practices.
